I was raised in inner Sydney with ten siblings from European immigrant parents. My mother has always been a common sense kind of woman, if you were ill you rested, the doctor and drugs were always a last resort.
The foundations for natural living were laid in my early years. The ocean/beach/lakes/rivers were our playgrounds and water played a big part in our lives, and still does. Plenty of exercise, water, fresh air, and of course rest marked our youth. Under the guidance of our health practitioners, we in turn raised our children within the principles of nature.
Natural Living & Natural Healing, known as Nature Cure, is a way of living for humans that governs all life on this planet. My aim as a health educator is to assist you in re-learning your way back to health, focused on applying the natural elements and utilising the many and varied applications of hydrotherapy, heliotherapy and aerotherapy.
