EXCERCISE

Exercise is a normal biological requirement that is part of a natural lifestyle.

Exercise is for everyone and it is not necessary to have special apparatus or access to a gymnasium - however, our attention should only focus on exercise after we have provided the body with the best nutrition available.

The purpose of exercise is to:

  • Achieve normality of the body structure and function.
  • Accelerate the flow of blood, lymph and nerve force.

If we lived a completely natural lifestyle, it is conceivable that we would not need to indulge in organized exercise. Unfortunately, living under unnatural conditions, we may suffer strain and stress from long hours in unfavourable postures.

In order to counteract this to a certain extent, we should carry out a short programme of organized exercises that follow natural laws and incorporate the art of breathing.
